We are proud to announce that FlySight has recently achieved a contract from Terna, thanks to which our team will have the opportunity to adapt our remote sensing data processing tools to the energy sector.
Data from helicopters and other airborne platforms will be automatically exploited to assess the state of power line conductors. High resolution images, videos and laser point cloud data will be processed to provide the automatic detection of vegetation on cables, conductor damages and isolator damages.
We are happy to get another confirmation of how our products, initially developed for the defense and security sector, can be easily adopted and be able to make the difference in many other fields.
